FRANCE-ISRAEL DIALOGUE ON SUSTAINABLE ENERGY
OPTIONS
Après le récent forum sur le développement durable
organisé par la revue Passages à Jérusalem les 10 et 11 juin 2009, il a été
convenu que des rencontres thématiques seraient organisées annuellement.
La
question de l'énergie, composante du développement durable, s'est imposée comme
un enjeu tant en Israël qu'en France.
En conséquence, il a été décidé
d'organiser une rencontre intitulée " Regards croisés Franco-Israëliens sur
l'Energie, l'Environnement et le Développement Durable " entre la revue Passages
et l'association ADAPes d'un côté, et le Jerusalem Institute for Israel Studies
de l'autre.
Au cours de cette réunion, des experts des deux pays provenant à
la fois des mondes de l'administration, de l'économie, de la recherche, de
l'université et de la société civile confronteront leurs points de vue sur
l'interface politiques de l'énergie/développement durable.
Cette rencontre
est appelée à prendre un caractère régulier chaque année avec alternance dans
chaque pays.
La rencontre de 2010 aura lieu les 4 et 5 juillet à Jerusalem
selon le programme suivant :
Following the recent forum on sustainable development
organized by Passages in Jerusalem on 10-11 June 2009, an annual event could be
held alternately in Israel and France on a theme relevant to sustainable
development. The issue of energy as a main component within the dialogue on
sustainable development is of particular interest to both countries. It is
therefore proposed as the theme for an event to be held at the Jerusalem
Institute for Israel Studies entitled 'Franco Israel dialogue on energy,
environment and sustainable development'. Experts from both countries will be
invited to join the dialogue, representing public administration, the private
sector, academic research and civil society to exchange views on the policy
interface between energy and sustainable development.
The event is planned to
take place on 4-5 July 2010 in Jerusalem. The following programme is
proposed:
